Apparel4u.co.uk offer a no quibble 14 days return policy for all our plain items provided they are unused items (excluding underwear) within 14 days for full refund of the cost of the item.
We aim to give 100% customer satisfaction. At times the order processing might not have gone to your expectation but we are here to rectify all customer issues. If you don’t like the item or it’s a wrong size then you can return for a refund. You are fully entitled to return the goods within 14 days from delivery date provided the goods are in the original state, undamaged and in original packing. Please do note we are a business to business site and the Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to us. However if you are still not satisfied we do accept customer returns and our 14 day returns policy actually exceeds the 7 working days specified in the UK regulations.
If you are have received an item which is miss described or which is damaged then we will refund in full plus the original delivery charge and return postage. However if you just do not like the item and just want to return then we will not refund the return postage.

Please do note that we are not responsible for returns which do not get to us so customers should keep a proof of postage to help you track any items should they go missing in the post. Please note if the garments are personalised, printed or embroidered then we cannot take returns so its important customers check all plain/blank garments received and highlight any issues before they print or customise the order. If we are processing a custom clothing order please do note we cannot take returns on a personalised item unless there is a major issue. We do however ask the customers to have 1 sample made before doing the full production run to avoid any issues and to ensure the final order is to their satisfaction. If at the time of processing the custom order you wish to cancel the order then you will be refunded the full amount minus the set up / design charges charges if the design team have spent time to get the artwork ready during the design phase of the order.
Where appropriate, VAT at 20% is included in our prices. Children's t shirts and clothing are exempt from VAT and is consequently not charged. Please note if you are buying any item from outside the U.K., you are responsible for paying any import duties required by the destination country.
